Swiss Benchmarking AG and Bernet & Partner AG in Zug acquire Arvetica SA in Geneva
Zug-based Swiss Benchmarking AG (www.swissbenchmarking.ch) acquires Arvetica. Swiss Benchmarking AG is a company specialised in business performance metrics and STP analysis for banks and insurance companies. Swiss Benchmarking will use Arvetica's methodology and research know-how to complete their skills in Benchmarking and will provide Arvetica's 'Differentiation and Positioning in Private Banking' report in the future.
All Consulting-related activities of Arvetica will be transferred to Bernet & Partner, one of the leading banking consultancies in Switzerland (www.bernet-partner.ch). Bernet & Partner is focused on clients of the financial industry and specialised in the following areas:
Arvetica's flagship website privatebankinginnovation.com (www.privatebankinginnovation.com) will as of 1st of January 2009 become part of Bernet & Partners new offer. privatebankinginnovation.com is a platform developed to stimulate innovative thinking in strategy, organization and technology for private banking executives. Today this platform gathers more than 800 readers per week who consider it as a hub for industry knowledge on the evolution in private banking and wealth management.
Starting 1st of January 2009, Arvetica's consulting activities will be relocated in Zug and transferred to Bernet & Partner AG.
